No Returns or Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered.
All our items fall under personal care and hygiene categories, and for safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot resell opened or used products.

Damaged or Defective Products

We take utmost care in packaging and shipping your order. However, if you receive a damaged, leaked, or defective product, we will offer a replacement or refund under the following conditions:

  1. You must record an unboxing video from the moment you open the package (clearly showing the shipping label, seal, and product condition).

  2. The video must be uninterrupted and unedited.

  3. The issue must be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery via email or WhatsApp along with the video proof.

If these conditions are met, we will process a replacement or refund after verifying the claim.

Refunds (if applicable)

  • Once approved, refunds will be issued to your original method of payment within 5โ€“7 business days.

  • In some cases, we may provide store credit instead of a refund.
